About Misora

A premium food brand,
rooted here.

Misora is a meal-kit brand built in Trinidad & Tobago, for people who care about what they eat and have run out of evenings to plan it.

Grocery runs eat the week. Eating out gets old and expensive. Starting from scratch every night is a project few have time for. The hard part was never the stove — it's the planning, the shopping, the deciding. That's what we set out to remove.

Our mission

To simplify everyday cooking through thoughtfully curated meals, beautifully prepared with care, quality, and intention.

Premium, intentional, modern, locally rooted. Every decision — the menu, the box, the weekly rhythm — gets measured against whether it makes dinner feel considered rather than rushed.

Our commitment

Sustainability that survives contact with a real week.

Eco-conscious is a core part of how Misora is built, not a line added afterwards. It shows up in three places, in order of how much difference each actually makes.

Nothing made on spec

Waste designed out, not offset

Orders close Wednesday. Ingredients are bought Thursday, portioned Friday, delivered Saturday. Nothing is purchased for a meal nobody ordered — which is why there is no shelf of unsold food at the end of a week, and no discount bin to clear it.

Sourced close to home

Local first, where it counts

Produce from local farmers, proteins from local suppliers, and spice and sauce from Caribbean brands rather than imported equivalents. Shorter journeys mean fresher food, and money that stays in the region.

Packaging

Specified plastic-free

Paper honeycomb padding instead of bubble wrap. Plant-fibre containers instead of polystyrene. Soy-based inks, kraft paper recipe bags, and cooling packs meant to be reused or recycled. One box size for every subscription, because restraint is cheaper and looks better than excess.

We'd rather name the standard we're sourcing to than claim more than we can show. Where a supplier can't yet meet it, we'll say so here before we say anything else.

On eating well

No calorie shouting. No restriction.

Misora doesn't do diet culture. There are lighter options and protein-focused options and plant-forward options, and they sit beside each other without one being the virtuous choice.

Balanced meals, whole ingredients, portions that make sense. That's the whole position — nourishment, not a scoreboard.

Our vision

To become Trinidad & Tobago's leading premium meal brand.

Redefining convenience, quality, and local food culture — and growing alongside our customers rather than ahead of them.

Now

Recipe kits

Pre-portioned ingredients and a recipe card. You bring 30–40 minutes and a stove.

Next

Misora Kitchen

Chef-prepared, heat-and-eat meals, once demand is proven — the same ingredients, none of the cooking.

Then

Tables beyond the home

Corporate dinners, gym and wellness partnerships, and hosting kits built for a gathering rather than a weeknight.

Ahead

The wider Caribbean

Regional expansion from a proven base, not ahead of one.

Founding cohort

Start where it's smallest.

Misora opens with a limited founding cohort so every box gets the attention it's supposed to. Those rates hold for as long as you stay.
